     Would to God!

     Would to God!

Oh dear God, that everyone called to prophetic ministry would listen to this recording!

In the Goodwins you have one of the most outstanding prophetic ministries of the last century, that trained Kenneth Hagin and other prophets, and in this recording Brother Goodwin is giving instructions to young prophets.  He knows whereof he speaks.

Brother Goodwin gives sound instruction concerning prophets and prophetic ministry within the local church body.  And if these instructions are embraced and followed, how much grief and nonsense will be avoided.

This recording begins with the last few words of a message in tongues given by Sister Goodwin and interpreted by Brother Goodwin.  Sister Goodwin gives a lengthy testimony, then another message or two in tongues, again interpreted by Brother Goodwin.  Thus is given to us wonderful examples of the Spirit ministering through two yielded vessels, and even the humor that can become involved in a service.  A Brother Chesher gives some comments in passing.  Brother Goodwin gives permission to a Brother Reel to give a message in tongues, and then interprets it.

Brother Goodwin draws from I Corinthians Chapter 14:3 to give his message on "the spiritual workings of a church."  He explains the work of a pastor, the pastoral staff, various offices, prophetic ministry, and the congregation.

You can hear in his own words, Brother Goodwin making the case that he believed--as do I--that every pastor and every local congregation can come over into these greater spiritual workings to a greater or lesser extent if they so desire and will seek God for them.

The volume decreases in the last 5 minutes, and you will need to turn the volume up on your speaker.  The recording ends with a message in tongues from Sister Goodwin that you do not hear, but you do hear the interpretation Brother Goodwin gives.
